Datasets and results publication

Contest datasets and results have been published in “Datasets and results” section.

The section also contains participants presentation and algorithms abstracts with a full description of the proposed methods.

Note that, in order to access the datasets and the results of the contest, you must register first. Registration is free and does not oblige you in any way to present a work for the Special Issue.

Please get the contest datasets, if you are interested in proposing a method for the Special Issue on IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (TCBB).

Special Issue of the IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics

A Special Issue with the results of the contest and a selection of
papers describing the best participating methods will be published on
the IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics
(TCBB). The contest participants will be invited to submit a full paper
by December 15, 2014, so having the time to analyze and discuss the
experience gained by the contest participation. The papers will undergo
a complete peer review process, so as to ensure that the quality of the
contributions is on par with the standards of the journal. The Special
Issue is expected to be published by June or July 2015.
